The Renaissance is pleased to announce the addition of licensed home healthcare services at the community through Eliza Jennings at Home.

Bridgeview Catered Living
Catered Living is a dedicated program within the Bridgeview wing of our community apartment building.  It is especially desirable to residents who value privacy and need coordinated care and structured assistance on an ongoing basis.

Carol B. Hall Center Assisted Living
Professional staff are on duty 24 hours a day in our secure, residential assisted living center.  In-house clinical staff provides services from medication management through memory support care in one and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes.

Nursing and Rehabilitation at The Renaissance Health Center
Whether you require temporary respite care, rehabilitation following a hospital stay, or long-term care, our experienced staff at The Renaissance Health Center embraces person-centered service.  The Renaissance Health Center is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid.

Hospice
Hospice care at The Renaissance is available through a variety of providers, including the Cleveland Clinic hospice.  Rest assured your loved one receive the highest level of comfort and care during the final stage of terminal illness.
